Large circular route to Bulerwaldstern

The start of the route is at the Hotel and Country Inn Löwen, or at the bus stop next to it. We turn into Hütteweg and follow it out of Schönbronn towards Wenden, where you can enjoy and experience the beautiful Black Forest. At the first intersection towards Wenden, we turn right and follow the path along the Schwarzenbach. Then we continue through the Neidiling area towards Wenden. At the intersection before Wenden, however, we turn right and walk towards Schwarzenbach, which we also cross. We follow this path again through the Black Forest to the Bulerwaldstern. At the Bulerwaldstern junction, we turn onto the Ostweg heading towards Oberhaugstett and stay on this path until we reach Oberhaugstett. It’s a great place to take a break or linger, as there are great places to stop, such as the Country Inn Löwen. Then we continue again on the Ostweg towards Ziegelbach. Upon arrival, we turn again towards Schönbronn at the Brunnenhof farm, which we also pass. We go past it on the right and follow the path to the entrance of Schönbronn, past the cemetery, until we are back at the Schönbronn church and finish the route.

Depending on the weather, make sure you have the right clothing and footwear.

Coming from Oberhaugstett: drive through the district until you reach Bulerstraße and look for a parking spot there, as this is the start of the route.

Take the Kulturbahn Pforzheim - Horb to Wildberg station, then continue by bus to the Schönbronn district.
