A true dream route into the Heckengäu, offering everything that makes cyclists' and e-bike riders' hearts beat faster with gigantic views and great places to stop. After riding into the Nagold valley, we reach Wildberg and with battery power over the Galgenberg to the real Heckengäu. The detour via Holzbronn is worthwhile. Shortly before the federal road, we turn left and with a beautiful descent reach Stammheim. The road past the district office takes us directly back to the town center.

Exit Pforzheim-West (approx. 25 km); continue via federal road 463 towards Calw

Highway A8 from Ulm/Stuttgart:
Exit Leonberg (approx. 30 km), continue via federal road 295 towards Weil der Stadt to Calw

Highway A81 from south/Lake Constance:
Exit Gärtringen-City Center (approx. 20 km), continue via K 1075; near Deckenpfronn turn left onto K 1022. At the roundabout take the first exit and continue on B 296 towards Calw.

Route Karlsruhe - Pforzheim - Calw - Horb - Tübingen (Kulturbahn)

You can best reach long-distance train connections (EC, IC, ICE) in Karlsruhe with connecting trains via Pforzheim (Kulturbahn, line 774).

If arriving via Stuttgart, we recommend continuing with the S-Bahn S6 Stuttgart - Weil der Stadt with a transfer to the bus line 670 to Calw.

Arrival by bus:

Greater Stuttgart area bus line 670 DB Regiobus / Volz; (Calw-Weil der Stadt) connection to S6
