Wenns

Wenns, covering an area of 30km² and with 2.066 residents, is located at the lower and wider end of the valley near the crossroads to the Piller Höhe (hamlet Fließ), which connects to the Obere Gericht. It is a beautiful village all year around.

During the warm summer months the village, stretching over a long ridge, unfolds a very singular charm. Blooming meadows and the softly rolling hills of an Alpine landscape is the idyllic picture that draws guests back to this central part of the valley year after year. The Leisure Centre in Wenns features a heated outdoor pool, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor tennis courts, 3 bowling alleys, a beach volleyball pitch and much more.
