Set out on a journey into the region's past. From the pier forecourt in Grömitz, we cycle past the Sonnenkreisel (at the market) and through the peaceful villages of Nienhagen, Sievershagen and Manhagen to Lensahn. At the museum farm from 1797, a deep dive into the life and work of the farmers “of the past” awaits. The farm complex, with its fields and the nature trail on four hectares, invites you to get to know rural life of the last century and old crafts. You can refresh yourself in the guest room with Holstein cuisine for the return journey. Back to Grömitz it goes through the forests around Manhagener Felde and Goldberg to Cismar, where the former Benedictine monastery invites you to visit. From there it goes via the nature trail to Lenster Strand and over the dike with views of the Baltic Sea coast back to the pier forecourt of Grömitz.
Start Seebrücke Grömitz - Kirchenstr. - Sonnenkreisel - Nienhagen - Sievershagen - Manhagen - Kirschenallee and Lübecker Str. to Lensahn - Bäderstr. - Prienfeldhof with stopover - return via Bäderstr. - Manhagen - Manhagener Felde - Goldberg - into the forest, then right to Cismar - visit the monastery - then the nature trail to Lenster Strand - via Mittelweg and dike back to the Seebrücke.
