Culinary Paznaun

Culinary Paznaun is a summer culinary series held across the Paznaun region in Tyrol – in Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See. From July to October, renowned top chefs together with the #YoungChefsPaznaun elevate the culinary offering across a total of nine mountain lodges, serving exclusive dishes made from regional ingredients. Alpine tradition meets modern gourmet cuisine – set against the stunning Tyrolean mountain landscape.

The opening takes place on 3 July 2026 at the Gourmet Market in Ischgl, where all dishes from this year’s event series are presented and can be sampled in small tasting portions.

At the heart of the series are the Lodge Festivals: on selected dates, each chef takes over a partner lodge and presents a specially created summer dish. These dishes are developed exclusively for Culinary Paznaun, combining high-quality regional products with creative culinary craftsmanship. Throughout the summer season, these signature creations can be enjoyed directly at the respective partner lodges.
