If you want to enjoy your holidays away from the hustle and bustle, then you are exactly right with us. Our house is located in Aschbach/Im Brand on the hillside and is only 5 kilometers away from Soelden and 8 kilometers away from Laengenfeld. Thus, our house "Bellevue" is an ideal starting point for exciting trips to the unique mountains throughout the year.

Rooms with breakfast:
Our guest rooms are furnished with lots of wood and are equipped in a modern and comfortable style. Our bed and breakfast is a non-smoking home. All rooms have a shower, toilet, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV, sitting area and balcony.

Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet with a wide range of quality products: fresh bread from the bakery, crunchy muesli, yogurt and milk directly from the farmer, fruit juice, etc. - because there is nothing like a hearty start to your day!

Apartment for 2 to 4 people without catering:
Our apartment has a floor space of 61 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilette, 1 living room with kitchen and a balcony.

The apartment is only bookable for self-catering. We offer you a bread delivery service.

Further:

• storage room for hiking equipment on the ground floor of our house
• adequate parking in front of the house
• wireless internet for free

We are a partner accommodation of the Aqua Dome. We provide leafletters with prices and offers and we are your first contact person regarding Aqua Dome. We can offer you a discount of 10% at tickets for the spa (except already discounted tickets).

Oetztal Inside Summer Card:
Our house is also a partner of the Oetztal Inside Summer Card. In summer (from early June to early October) the Oetztal Inside Summer Card is included in our prices.

You enjoy free use of all public bus lines and summer mountain lifts throughout the Oetztal valley. You also have free admission to the public pools and swimming lakes, the "Freizeit Arena", museums, Oetzi village, minigolf - and much more.
