To guarantee a booking, we need 90% of the total amount within one day via bank transfer or online payment with VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.
CANCELLATION Terms & AAGBH's 2006
Cancellations will be accepted in written form only. There is no right of withdrawal according § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the generel terms the AAGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the hotel Industry) apply to our house.
40 % fee - 90 bis 30 days prior to arrival*
70 % fee - 30 bis 7 days prior to arrival
90 % fee within the last week
100 % fee for earlier departure
Processing your Cancellation
For every booking, transaction fees are incurred by the payment service providers, which we unfortunately have to pass on to you in the event of a cancellation. This fee amounts to 5% of the amount paid by card and applies even to free cancellations up to 90 days before arrival.
PETS
In consideration of the needs of all guests, we run the Elizabeth as a pet-free hotel. In the meantime, we would be delighted if you could keep your pet well accommodated and enjoy your holiday at the Elizabeth in complete relaxation.
