Geopark circular trail: Mother of God Beech Path (Path 3)

From the shelter at the parking lot, the path first goes into the forest. At the crossroads where the four circular paths split, turn left. We hike straight through the area called Holzloch. The path then leads out of the forest, downhill towards Mömlingen. Upon reaching the paved bike path, turn left and walk uphill again to the excursion restaurant "Waldesruh" (Wenigumstädter Höfe). We reach a road, turn left there and are back at the starting parking lot.

A3 coming from Frankfurt to the Stockstadt exit, then continue on B 469 towards Miltenberg until exit Großostheim-Mitte. Drive the bypass to Pflaumheim, there in the town center direction Mömlingen. After approx. 2 km, turn right at the hill, signposted Wenigumstädter Höfe. Then about 1 km to the "Sausteige" parking lot.
