Partnunblick via ferrata

From the Tilisunahütte, follow the signpost towards Partnun (1.5 hours). You go over the Tilisunafürggeli and mostly follow this meadow path until the entrance of the family via ferrata slightly above the Partnunsee.

Before you reach the entrance of the Partnunblick via ferrata, I recommend warming up by approaching via the family via ferrata.

The descent takes place on a marked hiking trail. Afterwards, return along the same path back to the Tilisunahütte.

Complete climbing equipment (harness including via ferrata set, helmet, and gloves) as well as proper footwear (sturdy ankle-high mountain boots with good soles) are absolutely necessary.

You should also always carry a backpack with provisions, sun and/or rain protection, and a first aid kit.

Take the A14 to the Bludenz/Montafon exit, then continue on Montafonerstraße L188 to Tschagguns and on to the hiking car park in Latschau.

Just leave your car behind

The regional buses run throughout Montafon. The main lines operate every half hour from Schruns station.

Bus stop at the start/finish of the route: Latschau Golmerbahn / Line 1 (walking path to/from Tilisunahütte)

Arrival by train to Montafon 

From Bludenz station, the Montafon railway runs hourly (sometimes every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and Bregenz.

Hiking car park Latschau (paid)

The via ferrata is very well secured and can be easily combined with the Sulzfluh via ferrata.

Motivated mountaineers have the option to climb up to the Sulzfluh in about an hour from the exit and then descend from the summit to the Tilisunahütte.
