We start in the center of Flachau in a northerly direction via the Ennsradwegand cover the first 3km comfortably on asphalt with a slight gradient. A longer climb over several curves now brings us first through the forest, later over meadows on the wide ridge between Flachau and Altenmarkt. After 6.4 km the asphalt section ends and a forest road now takes us further up, before we reach the Sattelbauer mountain inn, which invites you to stop for a break. Either comfortably over the asphalt road and forest paths,or more racy over a single trail, you have a lot of downhill fun, before you cycle back to the starting point on the valley floor.
Start in the center/minigolf; turn left and follow the signposted cycle path along the Enns to the Feuersang junction; after the freeway underpass, continue straight ahead uphill along the Feuersangweg; at km 5.3 take the fork to the right (direction left leads to Berggasthof Winterbauer); at the Wetterkreuz at km 5,8 follow the ascent to the left; at km 6,3 turn right onto the forest road and follow it; at km 7,0 stay on the bike path to the right; stop at the Berggasthof Sattelbauer; return downhill along the Sattelweg (on asphalt, gravel or single trail); at approx. km 13 turn right and return to the starting point via the Ennsradweg.
