Landhaus Saalbach is the ideal place for relaxation-seekers and individualists who appreciate an idyllic location close to mountain lifts, mountain bike trails including downhill tracks, as well as hiking routes.

Our location on the sunny side of Saalbach, on a hillside with breath-taking panoramic views, together with our family atmosphere, friendly service, and available equipment, makes one feel miles away from the impersonal anonymity of big hotels.

All of our rooms (studios, double or family rooms, and apartments for 5 people) are individually decorated.

We offer rooms with a substantial breakfast buffet and apartments with or without breakfast buffet.

All of our rooms are en-suite and spacious, comfortable and decorated so as to make you feel cosy. They are all equipped with a hairdryer, telephone, mini-bar, and a big flat screen TV.
Depending on the room type, there is also a balcony, tiled stove, bay windows with a sitting area or a steam room.

Beginners as well as professionals can challenge themselves in all levels of difficulty, and measure their ability on the Milka-Line, the X-Line, the Pro- or Blue-Line, and as of this year, the Z-Line.

For those eager to conquer summits, there are more than 400 km of mountain tours and romantic hiking routes, as well as quaint alpine huts, to explore.

In the Valley of Games, families can have fun with attractions such as the Montelino Hiking Trail Experience which includes the feeding of deer and a show with birds of prey, Mountain Kodok, the High Rope Course, the Devil’s Waters (a theme park) and the Treetop Walk, or the outdoor adventure pool Captain Hook.
