Traumschleifchen cuckoo snack

Traumschleifchen are certified walking trails which, in contrast to their big siblings, the Traumschleifen, have a lower elevation gain and a smaller number of trails. Nevertheless, the adventure moments are not neglected here either.

The Kuckucksnack Dream Loop offers great rocks, beautiful paths through a romantic forest and many views over the Rhine Valley as far as the Taunus. After that, it doesn't take long to reach the next Nack, the Vogelsnack, which offers a wine cabinet as well as sweeping views. The path then turns into a trail and leads up to the Hoher Stein, an imposing rock formation that you would never have expected to find in the middle of the forest. But that's not the end of the story, as you pass rocks with martial names such as "Großmördersnack" and its little brother, the "Klein-mördersnack".

There is plenty to discover, especially for children, on the forest nature trail, designed by forest ranger Timo Hans, and the tour ends where it began, at the summer residence. At the end, we recommend stopping off at a local restaurant to enjoy a glass of Middle Rhine wine.
