ACCESSIBLE ROUTE - GREENWAY HIKING AROUND LAMALOU AND LE POUJOL-SUR-ORB

Out-and-back route of 3 km in total, developed on a greenway. It features a very moderate elevation gain, averaging less than 2%, ensuring a gentle and steady progression. The path, about 3 meters wide, consists of a stabilized and compact surface, allowing easy turnaround at any time during the route. The path is secure and distinctly marked by a difference in texture: a stabilized central strip bordered by grassy areas. The route is dotted with several benches, distributed among two rest areas, offering regular and accessible breaks.

Benches installed in the shade invite you to take a comfortable break, sheltered from the sun. Continuing forward, you will find others about 400 m away, providing new rest moments to fully enjoy the route.

The restaurant "En avant Guinguette" will welcome you to enjoy a relaxing moment over a drink or a good meal.

In the summer period, as part of the route is exposed, it is advised to protect yourself from the sun: cap, sunscreen, and sufficient water.
PMR withdrawal zones are indicated when necessary, facilitating emergency services (Samu 15, Police 17, Firefighters 18, single number 112, SMS 114 for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals).
Mobile coverage is generally ensured throughout the route.
