Once you've reached the "3 eyes" bridge (a 3-arch bridge), cross it to cross the Canal du Midi and find yourself on the other bank, then follow the trail signs. When you come across fences fencing off the meadows, it is imperative that you return them to their original position after passing through. Respect the work of the manadiers. In particular, you'll be crossing an area where there are bulls and horses. The road may be temporarily closed to allow the cattle to cross. Please be patient. If you want to watch the bulls, stop 10 meters before or after them, as facing them can be taken as a challenge.
Follow the marked paths and respect the direction of the routes. Wearing a helmet is highly recommended. Check the condition of your mountain bike and bring repair accessories. Respect private property and cultivated areas, and watch out for agricultural and forestry machinery. Never light fires (cigarettes, campfires). Keep your garbage and be respectful of the environment. Avoid picking wild flowers, fruit and mushrooms. If you're going out on your own, leave your itineraries to those around you.
