Our beautiful, sunny mountain house is located on the edge of the village centre of Ötz on a hillside and thus offers you a magnificent panoramic view of the Ötztal mountains!

Both in summer and winter, our home can also be your home away from home!

Our flats are completely renovated, cosy and quiet. We also offer satellite TV with flat screens and free WLAN internet throughout the house. The bathrooms are completely new and modern and the kitchens are fully equipped and you can cater for yourself.

Whether you come to us for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, climbing, swimming or hiking, we have something for everyone. And best of all: we offer all of this right on our doorstep.

In just a few minutes you are in the beautiful nature of the Ötztal and can enjoy your holiday. Sports and action fans are also catered for. The Hochötz and Kühtai ski areas as well as the outdoor pool and the Piburgersee lake with climbing wall are all within easy reach. You can reach the centre of Ötz in just a few minutes. There you will find various shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants.

The nearby action sports facility Area 47 and the Aqua Dome offer everything for an all-round successful relaxing, fun and sports holiday in the beautiful Ötztal nature.
