In our elegant spa area:
ALM sauna with bio-steam or Finnish sauna, Physiotherm infrared cabin, massage chairs, and a relaxation area with wonderfully comfortable loungers, a drinking fountain with Grander water, soft background music, and a selection of relevant reading material from our library.

Sauna towels are included; bathrobes and slippers are available at the front desk for a small fee.

The Gartenhotel Rosenhof near Kitzbühel is nestled in a 5,000 m² garden featuring a heated swimming pool with a panoramic sliding-roof enclosure.

Find your own peaceful spot:
Whether by the pool, in the lounge by the water lily pond, on the forest or observation terrace, on the terrace by the wellness area, or on the lawn—you’ll find comfortable lounge chairs everywhere.

Enjoy the 360-degree views of the mountains:
You’ll gaze upon the Wilder Kaiser, the Waidringer Steinplatte, the Loferer Ulrichshorn, and, majestically close by, the beautiful Kitzbüheler Horn.

All rooms, apartments, and houses can be booked with or without breakfast.
You’re also welcome to take breakfast from the buffet back to your apartment or vacation home.

Breakfast Buffet
Whether you prefer sweet or savory options, our breakfast—paired with the magnificent view—will set the tone for a wonderful day: Our Jura machine brews your choice of coffee from freshly ground beans, and your tea is organic. Our jams are homemade, and healthy honey-coated nuts complement the variety of our extensive selection of muesli (including spelt flakes).

If you like it savory, help yourself to our wide selection of sausages and cheeses, cook yourself a soft-boiled egg, or top your scrambled eggs with olives. How about something traditional, like our homemade nut bread and yeast plaited bread made according to Mom’s recipe?

Every afternoon, you’re invited to help yourself to our specialty coffees, organic teas, hot chocolate, and more in our cozy lobby between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
