4-Mountain Ski Opening 2025 in Schladming-Dachstein

The Backstreet Boys will open the winter season with three concerts on December 5th, 6th and 7th, 2025, live at the Planai Stadium in Schladming.

Experience the only European concert of their “Millennium 2.0” show – a spectacular highlight to kick off the 2025/26 winter season.

What’s New:

Kids up to 6 years ski for free!
Across the entire Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Circuit (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm) as well as at Galsterberg, Fageralm and Rittisberg, all children born in 2020 or later can ski for free.

Hauser Kaibling:
The existing Senderbahn at Hauser Kaibling will be replaced by a modern 10-seater gondola lift from Leitner. Once fully operational, it will transport 2,800 people per hour at a speed of 6 m/s, providing a significantly faster connection.
Skiers will reach the Sender Plateau in under five minutes – just one lift ride away from the highest point of the 4-Mountain Ski Circuit.

Planai:
The new 8-seater “Mitterhausalm I” chairlift by Doppelmayr replaces the former 4-seater “Sonneck” lift on the Planai.
With a capacity of 3,000 people per hour and a travel time of only three minutes, long waiting times are a thing of the past.
Heated seats, weather protection bubbles and comfortable padding ensure maximum comfort, even on the coldest winter days.
