Knusperhütte

The holiday home is located at an altitude of 750 meters in the idyllic village of Schnepfau (between Mellau and Au/Schoppernau) in the Bregenzerwald. You can expect a very cozy, comfortably equipped holiday home on a small hill in a sunny, secluded location.

Access is directly possible. The road ends at the Knusperhütte, so there is no car traffic. The accommodation is ideal for a ski holiday in winter and a hiking holiday in summer. A vacation in Vorarlberg!

Where children feel comfortable, parents can relax and enjoy a carefree holiday in the mountains. Our playground features a giant trampoline, sandbox, swing, a 5-meter-long slide, a ping-pong table, foosball table in the covered barn, and simply a lot of children's toys.

The hut is wheelchair accessible, built with a lot of wood from its own forests, making it also ideal for people with disabilities.

In no time, you can reach all the mountain lifts and cable cars in the Hinterer Bregenzerwald:
Mellau Cable Cars, Diedamskopf Cable Cars in Schoppernau, Warth and Schröcken Cable Cars, Damüls Cable Cars.
There are also numerous swimming pools in the area. For all guests staying for 3 or more nights, rides in the mountain cable cars, entry to the swimming pool, and even public bus transport are free for the duration of your stay!
