Kitchen herb garden exhibition (free)

The Schatzalp herb garden was created in 2013 in close collaboration between the kitchen and the garden. What began as a small planting has now grown into a vibrant collection of over a hundred species and varieties – fragrant herbs that find their way into our kitchen fresh every day. The current director, Paulo Bernardo, played a special role in this. With his passion for combining nature and enjoyment, he was a key driving force behind the expansion of the garden, especially those herbs that give our cuisine its unmistakable freshness. The herb garden is freely accessible – a small exhibition that invites guests to linger, smell and discover. This is where the flavours grow that you will find on your plate a little later.

The exhibition opens when the hotel opens in summer and closes when it closes.
