The route starts at the mountain station of Almbahn II in Almenwelt Lofer. The ascent follows the secured piste. The goal is the Schwarzeck summit cross and then the mountain restaurant Kechtalm in the ski area. You return to the starting point on the prepared pistes. From here, you can either use Almbahn I & II or the valley run to get back to the valley.
You start your ski route at the mountain station of Almenwelt Lofer in the Salzburger Saalachtal. You follow the left edge of the piste to the Kuhbar, cross the piste once here, and continue on the right side up to the Schwarzeck summit cross or to Kechtalm.

Pay attention to the weather forecast and avoid routes in bad weather
By car via the B 311 or B 178 to the roundabout in the center of Lofer. From here continue towards Salzburg. After about 500 meters, either to the large parking lot next to the federal road or enter the town of Lofer.
Accessible by line 260 from Salzburg or Zell am See. Stop: Mittelschule Lofer
