From the parking lot opposite the Cave Coopérative, statues Le Porteur and Les Grands Hommes, turn right. Turn left onto Avenue Louis-Aragon. Pass the gas station and the bypass, then turn left at the next crossroads.

Cross a stream below, then go straight up through vineyards. At the crossroads, follow the small road to the right. Enjoy the view from the Soutière lookout on the right. At the calvary, turn right, then follow the statue of Le Sommelier on your left (view of Etang de Thau, Lido and Mont Saint-Clair). At the next crossroads, turn right, then cross a road (take care). Walk about 600 m along vineyards and pine trees, then turn left at the crow's-foot. Stay on the main track for approx. 600 m. Reach a crossroads; on the right is the La Dégustation statue. Retrace your steps. > Return: Turn left, then right at the road. Return to the winery via Avenue Louis-Aragon.

Follow the road to the left and reach the La Symbiose statue. Continue through the pine forest, then the garrigue. At the T junction, fork right, passing the La Vivacité statue. Continue for approx. 900 m to the Bridau estate, which you pass to the right. Go right down a track through the vineyards, skirting an old wind turbine. At the end, walk 50 m to the left to reach the AOC statue. Retrace your steps. Go straight ahead towards a pine forest, then turn right. Turn left onto a stony, sandy track and reach the La Prospérité statue. Continue through vineyards, pines and red earth to reach a large crossroads.

Take the second track on the left through the small pines (follow the signs). The track winds through the vegetation (there's a mazet on the left) and passes in front of the Le Pressoir statue. At the crossroads, continue straight ahead and at the next junction, turn left (panoramic view of the Cap d'Agde volcano). Continue on a partly concreted, then tarmac track leading to the statue of Le Viticulteur. Continue right through the pines towards the Bacchus statue. Shortly before it, turn right, walk about 200 m and climb to the left. Follow the track to a crossroads. > Junction with PR "L'ermitage Saint-Antoine".

Turn right and walk up towards the statue of La Vendangeuse. Take the small road to the right, walk 200 m, then climb a path to the left. At the La Bouteille statue (viewpoint through the hollowed-out bottle), turn right onto a track. Cross the road and go into the pine forest. Turn left and walk for about 600m (follow the signs). Cut the track again to cross a cedar plantation (follow the signs). Follow the vineyard to the right until you reach a crossroads.

> Info: Return right to see the La Fête statue! Turn left and continue for approx. 400 m. Leave the road and turn right at a small pumping station. Cross the road (with care) and take the track back to the crossroads.
