Trail Les rochers de Chabrières

This route is part of the marked trails of the Espace des Monts de Guéret. The start is from the Pierre La Grosle parking lot. Les Rochers de Chabrières is route number 5 of all the different trail routes in the Monts de Guéret.

This trail invites you into the superb setting offered by the Forêt de Chabrières. The preserved aspect and the colours of this forest promise a true enchantment. Moreover, the route allows you to discover the many granite blocks that make up the forest and which are called the stones of legend. From the start of the route, the runner will be able to discover the famous Pierre La Grosle. 

Later on, runners will be able to see the Discovery Path of the National Forestry Office and its many features. Afterwards, there is a succession of viewpoints and stones whose legends relate to the Middle Ages.
