Find yourself and surrender to inner peace over 21.5 kilometers. Look to the right and left of the path and recharge your energy. Head north from the tourist information towards Pyrmonter Forest and leave the stress of the "city" behind you. No car noise, no noise level that pulls you out of your thoughts, only birdsong. Immerse yourself in a special path – that leads to your inner self. Passing special sources of power such as the sinkholes or Kixmühle in the Eschenbruchtal, you will find energy and simply recharge your batteries. Reflecting water reflects energy. Along the Emmer, through the Emmerauenpark and the Emmerwiesen, you will be accompanied by the sound of water and receive strength and energy from it. By the water, the connection to nature is particularly close and touching. Pilgrimage is rooted in Christianity, but you can also have this experience with your own personal belief – just give it a try.
