Pitten:
Market square (main square) - Aspangerstraße - Bergstraße - Desbordes stairs (Creation path) - Bergstraße (Mountain church/St. George, Rock church, Tower museum of St. George) - Bergstraße - Castle path (Pitten castle/no visit possible)  

Bad Erlach:
Castle path (junction to Ziegelofen and Walpersbach possible) - Hubertus chapel - Brombergerstraße - Main street (Hacker house, parish church/St. Anthony) - Riverside path - Legend path - Wiener Neustadt street - Left mill path (stork chimney) - Old alley (local history museum) - Black path - At the old stream - Underpass Aspang railway - Connecting path to Brunnerstraße

Bad Erlach / Linsberg:
Thermal path (Glass Way of the Cross, Ulrich church, forest cemetery) - Forest paths - Field paths

Schwarzau / Stfld: 
Field paths - Border path 

Bad Erlach / Brunn:
Border path - Pitten street (recovery, residential and care home "Mater Salvatoris")

Pitten:
At Krampenstein - Sheep slopes - Kreith valley path (flood chapel) - Railway street - Alley lane (rose garden, parsonage with arcade courtyard and parish church/St. Martin) - Alley lane - Market square - (junction Wiener Neustadt street to regional museum PIZ 1000 possible) - Aspanger street - Bergstraße - Desbordes stairs (Creation path)

Always take suitable maps with you. Wear sturdy shoes adapted to the route, take sun and rain protection as well as water and a snack. Take your mobile phone and save the emergency number for mountain rescue: 140

Preparation

Make sure when choosing the route that it matches your mountain experience and your fitness. Check the weather report in advance. Weather can change suddenly in the mountains. Therefore, always start properly equipped (e.g. rain protection). Check if the huts and snack stations you want to visit en route are open. Inform someone about your choice of route and your planned return before setting out.

From Vienna:
A2, exit Wiener Neustadt South (S4) towards B54, turn off towards Bad Erlach and Pitten

From Graz:
A2, exit Seebenstein - B54 - Sautern - Pitten

There is a train station in Pitten and Bad Erlach.

Along the pilgrimage routes, there are various sculptures, wayside shrines and picture panels inviting you to pause.
