The Helsana Trails are available to you free of charge all year round. The routes are regularly checked and maintained by local trail managers, so you can always train optimally.

The Helsana Trail starts at the parking lot on the Achenberg and leads through the forest. At the end, you return to the parking lot.
Good shoes are recommended for optimal training.
From Baden you can reach the Achenberg in 25 minutes, from Zurich or Kloten Airport in 35 minutes, from Schaffhausen in 40 minutes, from Basel in 60 minutes, from Lucerne in 70 minutes, and from Bern in 90 minutes.
You can reach Bad Zurzach by train from Koblenz, Baden, Waldshut, and Winterthur. From Zurzach station, take the bus towards Brugg and get off at the Tierpark. From there it is about a 20-minute walk to the start of the trail.
A free parking lot is available on the Achenberg directly at the start of the trail.
