Location

Bergland Appartements is the ideal base for alpine hiking tours, which you can choose to end with a refreshing dip in the open-air swimming pool in the forest, fishing in the local pond or dining in one of the many excellent restaurants in Lech or Oberlech. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the unique ambience of the golf course in Lech, while mountaineers, climbers and mountain bikers will experience unforgettable adventures in the surrounding mountains.

The panoramic views, extending over the rooftops of Lech, are a magnificent spectacle from the first ray of the morning sun until sunset - regardless of the direction you choose to look.

Apartments

There are three different categories of apartments available: Steinrösle, Gemswurz and Körb. Rates are based on minimum occupancy and include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, all taxes and cleaning. Standard amenities include dishes, glasses, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, telephone and wireless Internet access.

All categories of appartments feature a dining area, a kitchenette, a minimum of one bedroom, one bathroom, a toilet, a large entry hall with cloakroom and a south-west balcony. A maximum of 2 bedrooms and a living/sleeping room are available, depending on the category.

Steinrösle
The "Steinrösle" holiday apartment is ca. 45 m2. In addition to the standard amenities, this category of apartment is comprised of a bedroom and a living room, which can serve as a living room for a 2-person occupancy, and as a bedroom for a 3-4 person occupancy.

Gemswurz
The "Gemswurz"” apartment is ideal for families or groups of up to six persons: two bedrooms and a living/bedroom, which depending on the number of persons staying can serve either as a third bedroom or living room. The apartment offers 60 m2 of space for a relaxing holiday.

Körb
The "Körb" is designed for romantic couples. In addition to the standard amenities this studio apartment is comprised of a living room/bedroom. Here guests can enjoy a comfortable 30 m2 accommodation.
