Willingen-Bömighausen (B2)

From the Neerdar bridge in the village center, the path initially ascends gradually and then continues almost flat on the connecting path Bömighausen-Welleringhausen. Shortly before the village of Welleringhausen, turn right; the path leads the hiker to the Grotenberg, from where you descend through a beautiful side valley of the Neerdarbach (Kneipp facility) back to Bömighausen. The Grotenberg circular route partly follows the Uplandsteig.

Sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, packed food and sufficient fluids (water, tea) are recommended.

By car via the B251 to Bömighausen, turn onto the L 3437 (Dorfstraße), follow the signs to the community center.

Bus/train to Willingen or Usseln station, then continue by bus or on-call shared taxi (AST) to Bömighausen, stop Dorfstraße or Auf dem Burlande
