Arrival by train: 

Lake Neusiedl is easily and comfortably accessible by train. Whether you come from Switzerland, Germany, the west or south of Austria: you can change trains relaxedly at Vienna Main Station. The ÖBB regional trains take you in just under 40 minutes to Neusiedl am See station, where coordinated bus and train connections towards Pamhagen / Fertőszentmiklós or Eisenstadt and Sopron are also offered. In most trains, bicycle transport is possible: a reservation for your bike is absolutely necessary on Railjet and EC/IC as well as Nightjets. In the regional trains, your bicycle is taken without a reservation depending on the availability of bicycle spaces.
