Summer enjoyment in a dream location in Selva
The apartment
The apartment “Michaela” is in the top floor of the house Wurdengeja and measures 85 m², ideal for 6 people.
The apartment consists of 3 furnished double rooms. In 2024, the rooms were renovated with new windows. The carpets were replaced with
high-quality vinyl flooring. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom w/ shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a cosy common room with a couch, sat. TV, WiFi, a safe and large balcony with a wonderful view. Also available: a private parking lot, a nice sunbathing lawn for relaxation, a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer.

Dream location of the apartment
The house Wurdengeja is located close by the center of Selva in a very calm and sunny area with charming view over the Sella and the Saslonch. Just nearby there are the first ski-lifts (you need only 2 minutes by foot until the first ski lift), the shops, an ice rink which is opened all year round, a bus stop, the church and a big public children's playground. So, on your holidays you do not necessarily need a car. Our house is the ideal starting point for the Sella Ronda skiing carousel, the Gardena Ronda and for all sorts of activities: walking/ hiking excursions, mountain bike tours, climbing, ice skating and cross country skiing in a very idyllic landscape .
