Welcome to Residence Speckerhof*** in Meransen!
You would like to spend the most beautiful days of the year in rural environs and place importance on unspoiled nature, quiet, relaxation and maximum holiday freedom? Then you’ll surely enjoy your stay in our Residence Speckerhof, which is open all year round.
Our house is situated in a very sunny location in Meransen. All in all we offer seven spacious holiday apartments, which are furnished in traditional South Tyrolean style and which have a fantastic view of the unique mountain world of the alpine region.
A very particular experience – most of all for children – is a visit to our farm, where the kids can get to know many animals in their natural environment. A special offer is provided by the nearby indoor swimming pool Alpinpool, where your guests pay only 3.00 € for admission. Also the popular skiing area Gitschberg is easily and quickly reachable by ski bus.

One card for countless experiences – with the Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard, you can travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol and ride for free on the Gitschberg and Jochtal cable cars in selected periods.

All prices are meant per apartment and day including electricity, heating, dishes, bed clothing and final cleaning (bed clothes are changed once a week).
The shown prices do not include the 2,80 Euros touristic tax that has to be paid directly at the Residence and is meant per person (starting at the age of 14) per day.
Breakfast: 15,00 Euros a day
Pets: 15,00 Euros a day (feeding excluded) on request
