Circular route to the Eibele waterfalls

Along the Schloss and Berg streets up to shortly before the junction to the B308. Through the underpass on the footpath to Willis, then follow the paved lane downhill and past the game enclosure below the Hotel Berkristall onto the residential road to Hinterhalden. The path is partially unpaved further on. After passing the Ponyhof inn, you soon arrive at the district of Eibele.

At the end of the village, you reach the wooden border bridge to Vorarlberg. To the right of the bridge are the Eibele waterfalls; at the outlet of the retention basin there are both sunny and shaded spots for a break.

To reach the Krebs waterfall, walk back a few meters on the same path and arrive at the reservoir at the edge of the Weißach village.

For the further return, turn left here and follow the paved path along the left side of the Weißach river upstream towards the Weißach district. Shortly before the village, turn left and go uphill through a quarry to the holiday club in Malas. On the opposite side of the street, continue a few meters via the Aurel-Stadler path back to Oberstaufen.
