Smart fox trail "Schlaufuchspfad Schönwald"

Start from Schönwald town hall (+ approx. 15 minutes on foot)Cross the village square in front of the church and walk towards Hauptstraße. Follow the main road on the left until you reach the post office. Turn left here and follow Bourg-Achard-Straße to the cemetery (there are more parking spaces here). Turn left here towards Pfälzer Eck. After approx. 5 minutes you will find yourself at the start of the Schlaufuchspfad.start from Pfälzer Eck

The entrance to the Schlaufuchspfad is located directly at the parking lot between the "Franzosenheim" and the "Pfälzer Eck".

Follow the path past the Pfälzer Eck hut in the direction of the Adlerschanze. Stay on this path until you reach the turn-off towards "Halde". Here it goes downhill right at the edge of the forest before you are led along a narrow path to the outrun of the Adlersprungschanze, past a pond. Now you go around the outrun in the direction of the "Waldkindergarten". But be careful, just before the forest kindergarten car, please keep left and follow the path up the forest past the ski jump hut. This will take you directly back to the Pfälzer Eck hut and thus to the starting point.

Good footwear, clothing suitable for the weather and drinks and possibly rucksack food are recommended for all tours.

Im Winter ist der Schlaufuchspfad nur begehbar, wenn kein Schnee liegt.
