Haus Anni is located in the heart of our beautiful spa, hiking, and skiing region of Bad Kleinkirchheim, surrounded by the magnificent Carinthian Nockberge Mountains.

Cozy comfort and exceptional hospitality invite you to stay, whether in summer or winter. Thanks to its central location (250 m from the Römerbad thermal spa and 450 m from the Kaiserburgbahn cable car), our guesthouse is always a popular choice.

All of our cozy double and family rooms feature cable TV, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, and a balcony. A rich and varied breakfast buffet ensures our guests get off to a great start to their vacation, whether they’re hiking, biking, swimming, or simply relaxing in our refreshing “mountain air.”
