Haus Sonnenalm

Welcome to Haus Sonnenalm, a holiday bungalow with a personal touch, situated close to the village in a prime location on the beautiful and quiet Sonnenalm. The original house of my grandparents was renovated in 2015 without losing its private flair, i.e. partly modern incl. wood-burning stove and IR-sauna, partly furnished in a rustic / cosy style; thus it does not correspond to the typical holiday homes aimed at commercial rentals. Thanks to the good room layout with a total of 120 m2 of living space, the house is very spacious with a large garden (plot 900m2), three bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed and sofa bed), cosy living and dining room with wood-burning stove, flat screen, hi-fi with Bluetooth, oak floor, new corner couch, bar, etc.. Further details: bathroom with bathtub, second toilet, kitchen with serving hatch, cooker and dishwasher and washing machine in the cellar.

The house is mainly used privately and by friends, but also increasingly by regular customers. Due to the high occupancy rate, please contact me in good time. I am sure that you will enjoy your holiday, as I have done for the last 50 years.

In summer, the Tauplitzalm, the Tote Gebirge or the Dachstein with its glacier offer the best opportunities for hiking or mountaineering. You can swim or fish in the many lakes or play tennis or golf on one of the four golf courses nearby. River rafting (approx. 50 min) or climbing in climbing parks is also possible.

In addition to sporting activities, Ausseerland offers many cultural attractions. You can relax in my garden or on the terrace with an evening barbecue.

Please book in good time and for a minimum stay of 4 days. Bed linen and towels are provided, but you can also bring your own, which reduces the price.
Smoking is not allowed in the house; also pets only by arrangement.
