The 115 m2 flat is on ground level and has a spacious terrace with barbecue, seating and lawn. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, which is a highlight of the flat. The second bedroom sleeps up to 3 people. A sofa bed in the living area completes the offer. The well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The whole flat is equipped with tiled floors and underfloor heating.
