This exclusive, new, and lovingly furnished large penthouse apartment (160m²) is characterised by light-flooded rooms. The combination of new and old wood creates an exciting interplay and a warm atmosphere. The lift takes you directly from the garage and ground floor into the apartment. The spacious living/dining area invites you to linger, either at the cosy dining table or on the sofa. After a strenuous day, enjoy a glass of wine by the wood-burning stove, which creates a homely atmosphere, or on one of the exclusive lounge sofas, from which you can enjoy the view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. A total of three TVs are available, along with an Xbox and a Sonos sound system. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a sunny balcony, perfect for a barbecue evening or an aperitif, or simply for winding down the day.

Location
Shops are a 5-minute walk away. The (ski) bus stop is just under 130 m from the house (Sent, Sala). In about 15 minutes' drive you comfortably reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as Scuol-Tarasp train station. Use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. The downhill run to Sent, aptly named the "dream run", lives up to its name and ends just above the village. The public underground car park is a one-minute walk from the apartment – ideal if you're arriving with several cars.

In both summer and winter, the surrounding area invites you to short or long walks through the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins right at your doorstep.
