Narciarstwo biegowe AktivWelt FREIWALD - Gerungser Hochplateau Loipen

The "Gerungser Hochplateau-Loipen" Klein Wetzles and Griesbach are located in the middle of the highlands of the Waldviertel on a high plateau and an elevation between 770 and 900 meters. It offers the largest track net within the "AktivWelt FREIWALD".

In the villages of Klein Wetzles and Griesbach cross-country skiing trails offer 11 circuits with a length from 2 km to 22 km. You can choose between classic or skating style and between several levels of difficulty. This cross-country skiing trails offer excellent conditions for training of technic, endurance or speed.
At the Gerungser Hochplateau-Loipen you can enjoy the range and virginity of the Waldviertel at its best as well as cross-country skiing away from rush and bustle in a beautiful and snow stable region.
