Nice that you have found us! Our house is located in the middle of the Zillertal, in a cozy location for your holiday in winter as in summer.
The two large ski regions "Zillertal-Arena" and "Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch" can be reached in a few minutes by car or free ski bus. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are right on the farm and lead through the whole valley. Our cozy hut with bar and wood stove is used by our guests and is ideal for cozy evenings among friends.

In der Hauptsaison (im Winter: Weihnachten, Silvester, Fasching, Ostern; im Sommer: Anfang Juli bis Mitte September) sind unsere Ferienwohnungen nur wochenweise buchbar.
When reserving, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total! The booking is valid only after receipt of the deposit! Only cash or advance transfer is possible! We kindly ask you to pay your bill the evening before 18:00.
