The mountains are a constant source of new emotions: they unlock inner spaces that belong to our very nature, yet often remain hidden. High up in the heart of the Dolomites, space expands, perception shifts...
Step by step, the activity becomes a personal experience, dedicated to your well-being and to the joy of seeing, hearing and feeling the mountains beyond the boundaries of the familiar. Inside the box, you will also find a voucher to hand in at the mountain hut in exchange for a small culinary surprise.
From Alba di Canazei, take the gondola lift up to Ciampac, where a path surrounded by nature awaits you. As you exit, turn right and head to the playground, where you will find the info-point lodge. Here you can pick up the guidebook, your adventure companion along the way. So set off on the itinerary that winds along a dirt road through the Ciampac meadows. Uphill, you will reach the departure station of the "Roseal-Giumela" chairlift. After a short series of ascents and descents, you will cross a flat area and some wooden bridges. The route gets closer and closer to the majestic western rock face of Mount Colac. Along the way, numerous panoramic viewpoints await you from which to admire the Sella Group, with the unmistakable pyramid of Piz Boè, and the "Crepa Neigra", a testament to its volcanic origin. Finally, you will come to a large tree trunk, where, thanks to the panoramic telescopes, you can see the individual Dolomite peaks, identified by special plaques.
After the excursion, it's time to recharge your batteries: four mountain huts await you for a delicious Ladin lunch or a well-deserved tasty snack.
