The route starts at the lake circuit path at the event grounds and ends at the "SeeGarten", where the wellness program can be completed with a visit to the beautiful garden with its bistro. The hiker experiences a high proportion of paths and only needs to overcome 80 meters of elevation.
We start from the tourist info at the reservoir and then follow the reservoir circuit path about 200 m to the right to the portal of the "Garden Wellness Route". The path then leads through the forest around the campsite on narrow trails. Afterwards, it alternates over meadows and through hedges until, after 2 km, we turn right onto a quiet forest path. After 500 m, we cross the stream and continue to the left at the other end of the valley. At the end of the valley, we reach the Kneipp facility with a barefoot path. Then we walk along paths along the Losheimer creek and the reservoir. After a short stretch on the reservoir circuit path, we turn left and reach the "SeeGarten" through the forest after another 500 m with a garden shop, garden bistro, and mini golf.

A8 to Merzig exit, L 157 towards Losheim, exit Stausee Losheim
Take bus R1 (from Merzig station) to Losheim station (approx. 20 min. walk) or R230 (3 Lakes Bus, seasonal service from Mettlach station) to Losheim Reservoir.
Parking at the reservoir. Paid parking.
