The Schmallenberg Loop - REMBE-rad-net Pro Cycling™ Sauerland Challenge starts at the historic market square in Schmallenberg. From there, the route heads towards Oberhundem, where you will encounter the first steep climbs. The route continues through picturesque forests and open fields before reaching the impressive Rothaar Ridge. Here, you climb over 700 meters and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

After the demanding ascent, continue to Westfeld. This section of the route offers a mix of fast descents and gentle climbs that will challenge your technical riding skills.

The return journey leads you through more idyllic valleys and over gentle hills. The last kilometers give you the opportunity to speed up and loosen your legs before returning to Schmallenberg. The tour ends at the market square, where you can reflect on the ride’s experiences with a well-deserved refreshment.

This route is ideal for ambitious road cyclists who love a challenge and want to fully enjoy the beauty of the Sauerland. Prepare for a ride that tests both your endurance and your technical riding skills while providing unforgettable impressions of the breathtaking Sauerland nature.
