Boero Panoramic Tour

The route starts from the hamlet of Frontale in Sondalo. Then continue on the road to Fumero until the Flescia hairpin bend where the S518 mule track to Pravadina begins. Following the path, you pass by Clamezen and arrive at Pravadina. You reach the huts of Asola and then those of Boero, nestled on a panoramic terrace overlooking Alta Valtellina. From the lower Boero huts, continue to those of Masuon. At this point, descend along path S539 and reach the localities Baite Agac and La Pezza, arriving at Fumero. Follow the municipal road that crosses Dos to reach Flescia and then Frontale. In these areas originates the Frontalasca goat also called Frisa Valtellinese, known for meat production, high twinning rate, and weight gain in kids.
