Hochdorf LU

Hochdorf is the most active regional centre in the canton of Lucerne. It is the centre of the Lucerne lake valley, nestled between two hills on Lake Baldeggersee and surrounded by unspoilt nature.

*In Hochdorf, old traditions come to life: for example, visit the St Nicholas procession at the beginning of December, when the majestic steps in front of St Martin's Church are lit up by the candlelight of hundreds of creative lanterns. Or in February at the carnival and get to know the fifth season.

In summer, the Baldegg lakeside resort invites you to enjoy and linger. Throughout the year, a variety of cultural events take place in the rooms of the former brewery, now the Braui Centre.
