Muot Surrent

The hike starts at Hotel Kulm in Preda. From there the path leads up to Alp Zavretta, where you follow the signpost to the left. Now begins the challenging part of the hike: A narrow path runs along the slope to Muot Surrent. The view of the surrounding mountains compensates for all the effort.

Care is needed on the descent as the path first leads steeply down the slope. Afterwards, you walk between the avalanche barriers to the cantonal road, which you cross and then follow the railway adventure path to Bergün.
