On the child-friendly nature trail along the Gürbe, there are 50 boards depicting and describing native animals and plants. At the nature trail in Wattenwil, a children's book box awaits as a special experience for little explorers! Children can learn to perceive, discover and protect nature in the Gürbetal valley through exciting books.
The children's book box is attached to the front of the building at Balmers Gartenbau (Erlenhof 1, 3665 Wattenwil) and faces the Gürbe.
The nature trail leads from the "Schweizer-Bänkli" (where the Mettlenbach flows into the Gürbe) down to the "Rossglungge" in Gsang or the other direction.
