Spend your holiday at Lake Tegernsee in one of our lovingly maintained holiday apartments. Our family-run guesthouse is located in the heart of Upper Bavaria, about an hour’s drive south of Munich. Our peaceful and sunny location in the beautiful climatic spa resort of Kreuth am Tegernsee, right at the foot of the Bavarian Alps, is particularly appreciated by our guests.

Thanks to the natural surroundings of our guesthouse, nestled among meadows and mountains, you will find an ideal starting point for a wide range of activities and excursions at any time of year. Why not give your car a break, too, and set off directly from our guesthouse on foot or by bike?

Our holiday apartments “Sepp”, “Resi”, “Griaß di” and “Servus” in Kreuth, as well as our holiday apartment “Uschi” in Rottach-Egern, offer everything you need for an individual and relaxing holiday. On request, we can provide fresh bread rolls or a breakfast basket filled with delicious regional specialities.

For guests with allergies, we can provide specially equipped beds. We are also well prepared for our youngest guests, with baby cots and highchairs available. There are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard of our guesthouse, as well as a bicycle storage shed. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.

All five of our holiday apartments at Lake Tegernsee feature a well-equipped kitchenette.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at our property.

On request, you can enjoy fresh bread rolls every morning to give you the perfect start to your holiday. Our rolls are freshly baked by a local bakery using traditional methods.

We can also provide a breakfast basket on request. It includes 1 litre of “Bergbauern” milk from the local mountain farms, ham and bacon from the local butcher, cheese and yoghurt from the TegernseerLand natural dairy, regional butter, muesli and eggs that couldn’t be fresher – because they come from our very own chickens!

We can also provide organic coffee and “Pointer Honey” from a local producer in the neighbourhood.
