For young and old, on foot, on skis or on runners - the Blockhaus-Belmicke winter sports area offers marvellous fun in the snow.

Please note that pedestrians and dogs are not allowed on the groomed trails.

Not far from the metropolises on the Rhine and Ruhr, our winter sports area offers 7 signposted cross-country ski trails and the 15 km long long-distance trail as the "showpiece". But there are also wonderful panoramas to discover on foot and the ski and toboggan slopes invite you to have fun in the snow. Our caterers and volunteers are on hand to make your excursion an all-round experience. In addition to winter sports, there is also a wide variety of leisure activities on offer. For example, the monte mare sauna and wellness paradise with indoor pool, our museums, churches, hiking and cycling trails and the indoor hall of the monkey and bird park are well worth a visit.
