In our new MATS LECH Alpine Accommodation you can experience the cosy feeling of private living, in the midst of an amazing natural landscape.
Situated directly on the river Lech, overlooking dramatic mountains and rolling meadows.
Sunshine and tranquillity at your fingertips, and yet only a few minutes' walk from the village centre. Your car can take a holiday of its own in our underground garage. ( € 6,- per day.) Ski- & Hiking bus stop in front of the house.
All apartments and rooms are very sunny and have magnificent views overlooking the mountains of Lech. A balcony or terrace will extend your living space and bring you closer to nature.
Apartments and rooms can be arranged to accommodate larger families.

The trendy kitchens in the apartments are also top-notch and fully equipped with oven/steam cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric kettle and large fridge freezer. Cooking pots, crockery, glasses, cutlery, salt, pepper and sugar are ready and waiting for the cooking enthusiast.
It is important to sleep well and soundly. We have therefore selected very high quality beds and mattresses. All beds are equipped with high quality latex mattresses.
In your room you will find a spa bag containing towels and slippers.

Our communication and information area, with the reception on the top floor, serves as a meeting point both for breakfast in the breakfast room, and for a glass of fine wine or a pleasant chat in the evenings at the bar or by the fireside.
Our breakfasts are a labour of love. Carefully selected regional delicacies indulge every palate, ensuring energy and vitality.
Start the day with a lovingly home-made meal, using natural foods from local farmers and trusted suppliers from our region.
The MATS-4erlei variety leaves the decision to you; take a seat and enjoy a long and lazy buffet breakfast, an equally delicious room service breakfast hamper or order daily fresh bread at your door. Or would you rather have a quickie mini MATS?

Small and tidy is our indoor swimming pool with upstream swimming, yacucci seats and a great view of the mountains.
However, the real "spa" experience here is amongst nature. A Kneipp walk in the river Lech or at a Kneipp spot in ice-cold mountain water, a circuit on the fitness trail through the woods, or a winter hike with snowshoes. Our ski and boot room is located next to the entrance.
This is a very convenient place for you to leave your skis and ski boots (in summer your hiking boots) to dry. (with the boot dryer).
Start your ski or hiking day as pleasantly as possible, boarding the ski or hiking bus at your front door in warm and dry boots.
