It is ideally located for active summer and winter holidays ... and also excellent for walks with the dog. Holidays in Scuol mean relaxation in an Engadine village, in the vicinity of graphically decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, near Engadin Bad Scuol, the cross-country ski run, near the ski and local bus stop for trips to the valley station of the gondola or the train station.

The location of the apartment impresses with its tranquility, the separate entrance is at ground level and a short distance from the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways in a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing terrace with lawn, on which a grill, table and deck chair / armchair are available. The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment has a very good layout and as a further highlight there is a Swedish stove with wood available for use.

The approximately 46 m2 apartment is on the ground floor with a beautiful private terrace. The living room is designed with an open kitchen and offers space to enjoy the holidays together.

Our concierge service is at your disposal the whole time, we will tell you the best excursions, reserve a ski instructor or a place in the Roman-Irish bath for you.

The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached by car and post bus in 5 minutes. The Martina-Scuol valley trail is just a few minutes' walk away.

There are shops in Denner, also just a few meters away, or on the main street, which can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes.
