Welcome to the Residence Lex

Our family-friendly holiday apartments are modern, spacious and equipped with every comfort. You can park your car in our underground garage. A highlight are the infrared cabins in each apartment for very private wellness moments and relaxation. After a great skiing day there is nothing better than relaxing in our infrared cabin.

In the house there is a lounge for small breaks and social evenings. You can deposit your ski equipment in our ski room with ski boot warmer.

Location and activities:
The Residence Lex is only 2 minutes walk from the lake. The ski area Schöneben can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Use the free ski bus to get to the various ski resorts Schöneben, Haider Alm and Nauders. The bus stop is in front of the house. If you also want to try out the other five ski areas in the Obervinschgau and Nauders at the Reschenpass, you can enjoy the two-country ski arena. This gives you access to a total of 211 kilometres of pistes.
With the cross-country skis, there are now endless possibilities to cross the fields and meadows. Toboggan runs make their way through the woods down to the villages. Rides on horse-drawn carriages are also particularly beautiful in winter. On the lakes there are activities such as snowkiting and ice skating.

Living:
All our seven holiday apartments are in a modern style. You can choose from three different sizes, those with 77 or 64 square metres are still very spacious, even for four or more people. If you are looking for something special, our two apartments are ideal for you.

In addition to a garage parking space and the usual equipment, which is included in the price, all our holiday apartments are designed to be barrier-free - one of them is even fully equipped for the disabled. A special feature of our apartments is surely the infrared cabin, which will give you in complete privacy minutes of relaxation and well-being. After an extensive hiking day or a great skiing day there is nothing better than relaxing in our infrared cabin.
